Delete your account

In the game (instant)

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete my account, then tap it again to confirm.

This immediately deletes from our server your account, nickname, clan membership, clan and World chat messages, bug reports and feature requests, and your cloud save, and erases your progress on that device. If you lead a clan, leadership passes to the next member.

If you can't open the game

Email phillip@directgigs.app from any address with the subject "Delete my Hold the Line account" and your in-game nickname. We'll delete the same data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What isn't deleted

• A message other players reported is kept with the report until we've reviewed it, then deleted.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple under their own policies. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Supporter subscription; cancel it in the store first.
